About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our AI growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing new clients and managing ongoing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and continued collaboration with our agency.

Key responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition: Secure new clients and client agreements, focusing on maximizing the duration of the contracts.
  2. Commission-Based Compensation: Earn 15% on each month’s retainer from month renewals.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term collaboration.
  4. Financial Accountability: Be aware that commission is subject to adjustments based on client agreement fulfillment and any chargebacks as per the company’s policy.
Requirements

◦ Proven experience in sales & client management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.

◦ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

◦ Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

◦ Understanding of social media marketing strategies and trends.

Compensation

◦ Commission-based as outlined above, with potential for additional incentives at the company's discretion.

◦ Note: Commissions are contingent upon fulfillment of client agreements and are subject to adjustments in case of client drop-off or payment disputes.

Other details

◦ The company reserves the right to adjust or split commissions based on multiple contractors’ involvement.

◦ In case of reassignment of clients due to dissatisfaction or request, commissions for those clients will cease.
